My name is Erin and I'm 26 years old. I've been married to my wonderful husband for five years. He is my helpmeet and my best friend. I thank the Lord for providing such a strong, supportive husband. We met my freshman year at a college Bible study and his goofy nature and love for the Lord won my heart. We currently live in a beautiful house in the middle of a neighborhood with our baby boy Levi and our two awesome dogs, Ruger and Peyton.
Many major life events have made me the person I am today. As a young girl my mother would always read us bedtime stories. As soon as I could read by myself I was never without a book. I would read in the car, on the bus, in between classes, and late into the night. And from this love of reading my first job was shelving books at the library. And ten years later I'm still at the library(but now I help you with whatever you need!)
For my 6th birthday my grandmother got me a little Singer sewing machine. I loved this little machine and would make outfits for my Barbies on it. I have upgraded now to an awesome Husqvarna Viking that is big enough to handle any quilt I make. And I love to make lots of different crafts, draw and paint. It relaxes me after a long day.
When I was nine my biggest life change took place. I accepted the Lord Jesus Christ into my heart at the AWANAS program in my church. I believe He died on the cross for my sins, I am cleansed by His blood and when I die I will live with Him for eternity in Heaven. Salvation is best gift anyone will ever receive here on earth. God, the creator of the universe, sent His Son, Jesus, to earth to live a sinless life. And here's the best part- He took all our sins upon himself and died on the cross and He conquered death. He gave us the opportunity to have eternal life. Did you know that eternal life starts the day you are saved, not the day you die? From that one day at the age of nine I have striven to live a godly life and to show the love of God to everyone.
