Frosted graham crackers taste so much yummier with the frosted side down! That-a-way the sweet frosting hits your tongue first instead of the graham cracker. This idea then made me think of The Butter Battle Book by Dr. Seuss. Butter side up or butter side down? I can't remember why they were fighting but regardless of all that, frosting side down is great!
Frosted graham crackers aren't usually in my diet... but I'm pregnant. And these were a fun treat I always liked to eat when I was little- especially with sprinkles on it!
P.S.- this works for other sweet things like donuts.
